Recommended Readings: |
These are just some of the books and websites that we have found helpful...Please remember, paranormal/natural research is not an exact science, so different people will use different terms, approaches, and methods to doing research...and not all of it will gel with you. Just know that from some people we learn what to do, and from others, what not to do. If you have a recommendation for us, please send it to our general email. |

The Ghost Hunter Guidebook
by Troy Taylor |
One of the best guides for new hunters, and used as part of our training. Troy has had a lot of experiences, and has written several other books covering specific locations and areas. His no nonsense approach is easy to follow and understand, and he gives the information to the reader in a very down to earth way. A must have for any investigator! |
The Book of Ghosts
by Trent Brandon |
This is a good reference book about ghosts in general. As with any book on our field, there are a lot of personal observations and opinions, but it is a good starting point to learn about the different types of ghosts and specific characteristics to identfy them. While we do not agree 100% with every theory put forth in here, there is some good knowledge....so read with a grain of salt.... |
