A quick search online shows there to be several different definitions for the word "paranatural," just like there are for the word "ghost." It seems nowadays that each ghosthunter or paranormal group has their own set of unique set of terms. We know that it can get very confusing, it has been for us too. In our investigation reports, we will try to use the most generally accepted terms and will keep a list of definitions for the reader, just in case.

Now, what do we consider "paranatural" investigations to be? We define it to be pretty much the same as paranormal research...that is the investigation of things, beings, or activities that occur outside the norm of our accepted reality.
